Data collected: Name, email address, institution, IP address (server logs), consent timestamp.

Purpose: Providing demo access to the Arvak quantum compilation platform.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by using the deletion form or emailing daniel@arvak.io.

Retention: Verified registrations are retained for 90 days after key issuance. Pending (unverified) registrations are purged after 24 hours. Data is deleted immediately upon request.

Storage: Your data is stored on a server in Germany (Hetzner). No transfers outside the EU/EEA take place.

Recipients: No data is shared with third parties. Email is transmitted via the configured mail provider solely for sending verification emails.

Your rights: You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, use the deletion form or email daniel@arvak.io.

Supervisory authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77) with the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

Automated decisions: No automated decision-making or profiling takes place (Art. 22).
